Jerry Selia, M.S.W.
| Jerry Selia. M.S.W. has worked in various capacities in the nonprofit field over a period of thirty years. He has also been employed by for-profit businesses and has managed his own business enterprises including a private consulting practice for seven years. He has held a number of executive positions in nonprofit organizations and works with a variety of organizations primarily in the Western Pennsylvania area. In addition, Jerry worked for eight years as a health care construction manager. This relates to Jerry's unique perspective as a 'builder' of organizations and leaders.
Jerry's current consulting work focuses on collaboration/partnering, strategic restructuring, mergers and affiliations, and leadership development. He has assisted in implementing several collaborations and mergers, restructuring internal structures and processes, and partnering efforts within the Pittsburgh area human service system. |
