Our Approach to Organizational Development is to define short-term measurable steps for any project. This offers you the opportunity to clarify the purpose, measure progress, and predict costs. Depending upon the specific project goals, we will mutually agree to assess your needs in an appropriate manner by doing some or all of the following:
I. Review Information, about your organization to include some or all of the following: history and growth patterns, leadership, strategic plan, recent changes and trends.
II. Interview Key Employees, typically using a customized confidential employee questionnaire that is reviewed and approved by management. This instrument will include questions that are designed to assess employee perceptions and understandings of project–related issues.
III. Analyze Results, of the information gathered.
IV. Submit Recommendations for organizational improvement that are based upon those factors which can positively improve the overall functioning of the organization and may include some of the following activities:
- Coaching
- Teambuilding
- Training
