PERSOMA P.C. uses a voicemail system as one means of communication.  Your therapist is frequently involved in sessions with clients throughout the day and sometimes into the evening. Many of our therapists also work in more than one office. Our voicemail system is designed to provide a flexible and efficient method of communication. Sometimes, especially in times of distress, the voicemail menu of choices can be frustrating. The following helpful hints are designed to help you gain quick access to the person you are calling:

1. When you call (412) 823-5155, you are calling our main office. The voicemail will answer "Welcome to PERSOMA P.C." You can immediately dial the three-digit voicemail extension of the person you are calling from the list below. If your call is urgent, you can immediately dial -0- and you will be connected to either the office secretary or the answering service secretary, depending upon the time of day and day of the week.
2. When you dial the three-digit voicemail extension, you will hear the voice of the therapist that you are calling. This is a confidential voicemail box only accessible by your therapist. When you leave a message, please state at what time and at what telephone number you can be reached throughout the day and evening. The therapist will then contact you at the earliest possible time.
3. If you wish to talk with a secretary in the PERSOMA P.C. business office from 9:00 A.M. until 4:30 PM. during the week, you may dial extension -621-. If you have any difficulty with these steps, please advise the secretary so that we can help you or determine if there is a malfunction.
