21st Century Employee Assistance Partners is designed to provide a high-quality product with the capability and flexibility to adjust the contracted package to respond to identified needs within the workplace. The goal of the EAP is to help the client company maintain and develop its human capital. There is no doubt that by developing a human capital partnership, the services proposed will be cost effective. This has been demonstrated repeatedly in the literature. 21st Century Employee Assistance Partners believes the best way for this to become evident is to demonstrate our concept within your organization. The following are the 21st Century Employee Assistance Partners standard packaged service products offered. However, service products can be tailored to meet the individual needs of each business or organization:
- Level 1, Basic Package (Core Technology Services):
- 24-hour telephone consultation and crisis intervention
- Assessment, brief counseling, and referral
- Supervisory training
- Employee EAP orientation
- Educational workshops or specialized training programs
- Management consultation regarding policy development
- Promotional support materials
- Program consultation and promotion
- Critical incident debriefings
- Convenient online access to EAP resources
- Level 2, Basic Package plus Strategic Sampler
- 24-hour telephone consultation and crisis intervention
- All services outlined in Level I
- plus eight hours of consultation in organizational areas, i.e., Leadership Coaching, Management Performance Training, Team Building and Effectiveness, Succession Planning, Organizational Cultural Change
- Level 3, Strategic Package
- All Services Outlined in Level I
- A specified number of days per year in organizational areas, i.e., Executive Coaching, Leadership Development, Performance Training, Team Building and Effectiveness, Communication Skill Development, Succession Planning, and Organizational Cultural Change.
