21st Century Employee Assistance Partners is a collaboration between PERSOMA P.C. and Family Services of Western Pennsylvania.

PERSOMA, P.C. and Family Services bring decades of experience to the task of providing high quality services. PERSOMA P.C. is one of the first non-hospital–based private group practices established in the Pittsburgh area. For two decades, PERSOMA P.C. has been providing EAP services to large and small companies as well as local and national EAP's. Since 1988, PERSOMA has been providing a broad spectrum of consultation and executive coaching services to a variety of companies and organizations. For over 50 years, Family Services of Western Pennsylvania has been a leader and innovator, providing quality human services across southwest Pennsylvania. Agency services and supports are developed in accordance with nationally recognized best practices. PERSOMA P.C. is actively involved in the local chapter of the Employee Assistance Professionals Association (EAPA). Family Services of Western Pennsylvania is affiliated with the Alliance for Children and Families, and the National Council on Community Behavioral Health.and is certified by the Council on Accreditation of Services

21st Century Employee Assistance Partners provides a state-of-the art Employee Assistance Program, one that combines the foundational strengths of a core EAP program with the skills and knowledge to address workforce effectiveness in today’s increasingly complex business environment. This strategically focused model will address the spectrum of concerns of employees in today's business environment, and provide tools to leadership to help them move their organizations "into the 21st Century."

This Employee Assistance Program has been developed with the awareness that shifts in the workforce have become permanent, requiring enhanced resources to manage and maintain a workforce in increasingly competitive environments. These organizational shifts require increased workforce skills, and external resources such as a strong EAP to address workforce issues. 21st Century Employee Assistance Partners provides a spectrum of services that encompass the issues and skills needed to solve problems in today’s workforce:
